Refunds & Returns

- All returns must be done in-store.

- We do not currently offer refunds, we may issue an exchange or in-store credit at our discretion.

- All sealed board games may be exchanged within 14 days of purchase but do require a receipt.

- All Trading Cards are final sale, no exchanges or returns can be offered.

- All tools are final sale, no exchanges or returns can be offered. Tools may be tested in-store before purchase.

- All electronics have a 30 guarantee, this guarantee excludes software issues and is void if signs of physical damage or tampering are present.
